Please note :

If you previous purchased a custom jersey and wish to add names, please provide order number and customer name.

Names can not be added if your custom order has already been submitted to mfg (Custom orders are submitted on Mondays).

If this purchase is a separate order (  you have previous completed your custom apparel order ), there will be a $7.00 shipping charge at checkout. If this is the case, the $7.00 shipping will be refunded back to you.
